High-stability high-compatibility dense built-in rubber-asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a paving material, belongs to the field of pavement material manufacturing, and particularly relates to a high-stability high-compatibility dense built-in rubber-asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. The mixture comprises 5.5-6.5% of asphalt rubber, 1-4% of mineral powder and 89.5-92.5% of aggregates. The asphalt rubber comprises 73.5-80.5% of matrix asphalt, 18-25% of rubber powder and 0.5-1.5% of stabilizing agent. The method includes: firstly, making waste rubber into rubber powder; secondly, pressing the matrix asphalt into an asphalt storage tank, heating, stirring, adding rubber powder into the matrix asphalt, pumping the mixture of the rubber powder with the asphalt into a colloid mill, and adding stabilizing agent to obtain asphalt rubber; thirdly, adding the asphalt rubber into an asphalt storage tank of an asphalt mixing plant after transporting the asphalt rubber to a construction site; and fourthly, using the asphalt mixing plant to uniformly mixing the aggregates, the mineral powder and the asphalt rubber to obtain asphalt mixture.
