Classical capacity of Weyl channel invariant with respect to the action of a unitary representation of the cyclic group

The additivity of minimal output entropy is proved for the Weyl channel invariant with respect to the action of a unitary representation of the cyclic group ${\mathbb Z}_n$. The classical capacity of channel is calculated.
