The invention discloses a surgical tool used for neuroendoscopy and provided with conformal pleuripotent simulation fingers. The surgical tool comprises a gun barrel and a compressed balloon, a ventilating pipe is arranged in the gun barrel, the front end of the ventilating pipe extends outside the gun barrel and provided with the hollow simulation fingers, the front end of the ventilating pipe is communicated with the simulation fingers, and the rear end of the ventilating pipe is communicated with the compressed balloon; the bottom of the end, close to the compassed balloon, of the gun barrel is provided with a gun supporting handle, a trigger and a spring piece, the trigger is hinged to the gun barrel, the top of the trigger is arranged in the gun barrel, one end of the spring piece is connected to the gun supporting handle, and the other end of the spring piece is connected to the trigger; a pressure ring is arranged outside the compressed balloon, the end of the pressure ring extends inwards the gun barrel and arranged in the gun barrel; the surgical tool further comprises a linkage device, one end of the linkage device is connected with the end of the pressure ring, and the other end of the linage device is connected with the top of the trigger. The surgical tool has the advantages that a gun type structure is adopted, the compressed balloon is squeezed to fill and press a surgical cavity, bleeding of a coloboma bone window is handled, and bleeding is controlled.
