El Lifebook como herramienta de reflexión sobre uno mismo y sobre el propio proceso de aprendizaje

espanolEl Lifebook es una innovacion educativa basada en los principios de la personalizacion del aprendizaje escolar. Consiste en un diario personal de aprendizaje multimedia que el profesorado utiliza en un instituto de Cataluna con el fin de promover entre sus estudiantes la reflexion sobre si mismos como aprendices, sobre sus experiencias de aprendizaje y sobre sus propios procesos de aprendizaje. El objetivo de esta investigacion consistio en explorar esta innovacion educativa desde el punto de vista de su diseno y su implementacion. Para esto, hemos entrevistado a 22 docentes y 214 estudiantes que han utilizado el Lifebook. Analizamos su percepcion y valoracion de los puntos fuertes y los aspectos de mejora de esta herramienta. Los resultados indican que el profesorado utiliza el Lifebook como un medio para identificar las experiencias de aprendizaje del alumnado, pero este apenas lo reconoce como un instrumento que favorezca la reflexion. EnglishThe Lifebook is an educational innovation based on the principles of personalization of school learning. It consists of a personal multimedia learning journal that teachers use in an institute of Catalonia in order to promote among their students the reflection on themselves as learners, on their learning experiences and on their own learning processes. The objective of this research was to explore this educational innovation from the point of view of its design and its implementation. For this, we have interviewed 22 teachers and 214 students who have used the Lifebook. We analyze their perceptions of the strengths and aspects of improvement of this tool. The results indicate that teachers use the Lifebook as a means to identify their students’ learning experiences, but they hardly recognize it as an instrument that favors reflection.
