The article discusses the management of employment of women with young children in the labor market. Allocated areas for improving the management system of the employment of young women with children up to 3 years. They include economic management methods that are based on the action of economic mechanisms of motivation and stimulation of labor activity. It provides for the creation of favorable conditions conducive to motivating young women with children to work. In the process of using methods of economic regulation should take into account the characteristics of this social group, as well as the processes taking place in today´s labor market. In conclusion, the authors formulate a conclusion that the development of the "Program to promote employment and reduce tensions on the labor market in the Tyumen region" will significantly improve the situation of young women with children up to 3 years. To this end, it should be recognized young women with children under 3 years of special social group in the labor market, which requires an appropriate approach in the development of employment policies, as well as to determine the financial arrangements for the optimization of young women in the labor market.
