The invention relates to a method for carrying out advanced treatment on extremely-viscous crude sewage. The extremely-viscous crude sewage enters a screen well, a horizontal-flow sedimentation tank and a pump station collecting tank, and enters a sedimentation oil removal tank to be treated, the treated extremely-viscous crude sewage flows into a sloping panel oil removal device from the sedimentation oil removal tank, and after the oil removal is carried out through a sloping panel, the sewage flows into a two-level air floatation treatment device; air floatation effluent enters a first-level hydrolysis acidification pot; the effluent of the first-level hydrolysis acidification pot enters a CAST reaction tank; the effluent of the CAST reaction tank enters a second-level hydrolysis acidification tank; the effluent of the second-level hydrolysis acidification tank enters an aeration biofilter; the effluent of the aeration biofilter enters a coagulating basin; the effluent of the coagulating basin enters a lamella sloping panel sedimentation basin; and the effluent of the lamella sloping panel sedimentation basin enters a monitoring tank. The effluent after being subjected to the treatment has the following indexes: the concentration of petroleum is less than or equal to 10mg/L, the concentration of sulfide is less than or equal to 1mg/L, the concentration of volatile phenol is less than or equal to 0.5mg/L, the concentration of CODCr is less than or equal to 100mg/L, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is less than or equal to 15 mg/L, the concentration of SS is less than or equal to 100mg/L, and the pH value is 6-9.
