La participación de la población y las instituciones locales como factor estratégico en la conservación del patrimonio cultural: complejo Arqueológico Cerro Saltur, distrito Zaña, provincia Chiclayo, departamento Lambayeque, 2018

ABSTRACT The present research work has the purpose of determining the causes that cause the lack of cultural identification of the inhabitants of the Saltur center, Zana district, Chiclayo province, Lambayeque department, in 2018. The population was 4044 inhabitants and the sample was 94 inhabitants of the district of Zana to whom the measuring instruments were applied. The procedures used were those provided by statistics, beginning with the construction of tables and graphs. It was determined that 53.2% of the respondents understood by cultural identity the inheritance of material and immaterial cultural goods left by our ancestors, 88.3% of respondents indicate that Cerro Saltur is a very important archaeological complex, 61.7% of respondents indicate that Cerro Saltur if declared as the nation's cultural heritage, 57.5% of respondents indicate that the predominant material on the exterior walls of their home is adobe and 78.7% of respondents indicate that they do not have property title. It was concluded that the respondents have an active participation in the management of material cultural heritage in the district of Zana, province of Chiclayo and department of Lambayeque, in the year 2018.
