One aspect of the present invention is a single-layer anti-fogging film which contains a cellulose derivative in which a part of a side chain is substituted, said film having such a property that 3 μL of pure water dropped on the surface of the film is reduced in volume by 8% or more relative to the dropped volume 5 seconds after the dropping as determined by a sessile drop method prescribed in JIS R 3257 (1999).
