An intelligent light emitting diode (LED) light supplementary indoor cycling ecological planting and breeding device is characterized by comprising a plant cultivating system, an aquarium fish raising system, an LED plant light supplementing system, an air circulating system, a water circulating system and a control system, wherein the plant cultivating system is connected with the aquarium fish raising system through the water circulating system, plants are watered by utilizing the fish raised water, the excrement of the fish is purified by utilizing the plants, and the water and the nutrients can be circularly utilized; the LED plant light supplementing system is connected with the plant cultivating system and used for adjusting and supplementing the light for the plants so as to promote the healthy growth of the plants; and the aquarium fish raising system is connected with the air circulating system so as to regularly pump the air with certain flow rate into a fish tank and to guarantee the oxygen content in the water. A complete indoor ecological planting and breeding system is formed, and the system is simple in structure and low in cost and also has the functions for purifying the indoor air, adjusting the indoor air humidity and beautifying the indoor environment.
