Electric power transmission method and device

2008
FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electrical engineering. Generation of high-voltage high-frequency electromagnetic oscillations, modulation and transmission of electrical energy in form of radio signals takes place in voltage resonance mode. High-frequency electromagnetic oscillations at carrier frequency are generated through effect of magnetic field of permanent magnets on an isolated capacitor in form an insulated conducting body. The isolated capacitor is connected to a current collecting electrode. The high-frequency electromagnetic oscillations are amplified on voltage and current in a helical waveguide through transmission of the electromagnetic oscillations to the input of the helical waveguide from the current collecting electrode through an air gap to the receiving electrode of the outer arm of the helical waveguide and through effect of magnetic field of permanent magnets on the helical waveguide. The inner arm of the helical waveguide is connected to an electronic modulator and the modulated electrical energy is transmitted in form of a radio signal from the transfer electrode through space surrounding the electrode to the receiver of the user. A device which implements this method is also proposed. EFFECT: simplification of the generating circuit, increased efficiency and reduced power consumption. 4 cl, 1 dwg
