Method for dynamically superimposing coupling support on large-section roadway in complicated fault fracture zone

2014
The invention relates to a method for dynamically superimposing coupling support on a large-section roadway in a complicated fault fracture zone, and belongs to the field of mine roadway support. The method comprises the steps of firstly erecting a steel arch on a roadway tunnel face in the complicated fault fracture zone; implementing circular advanced grouting holes at the external edge of the steel arch, and grouting by using an advanced small catheter; excavating a roadway according to a design section after the grouting is completed and grout is solidified; carrying out first spraying on surrounding rocks on the surface of the roadway in time, hanging a net after the first spraying is completed, arranging anchor rods and anchor cables, and carrying out second spraying; carrying out bolt-grouting strengthening on two sides of the roadway and top and bottom plates on the basis of anchor-net-cable spraying coupling support. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the problems that the deformation of a large-section roadway in a complicated fault zone is very serious, roof caving, wall caving and floor heaving are strong, and thus the large-section roadway is difficult to support are well solved.
