The paper discusses various methods of ischaemic heart disease and acute myocardial infarction management. Some of the methods are referred to pharmacologically stimulated myocardial perfusion. In other cases, effective revascularization in the myocardial ischemia zone is achieved by introducing medication directly into the cardiac tissue. This review relates to the scientific methods of angiogenesis in the pathological focus.
