Development and implications of China's disaster rescue

In recent years, disasters have continued and disaster rescue has become a global hotspot. The development of disaster rescue in the United States and Japan is relatively mature and the system is relatively complete. In contrast, China's disaster rescue starts late and is still in its infancy. This paper tries to summarize the research status of disaster rescue in the United States, Japan and China and illustrate its implications to China's disaster rescue in the future.
