China's logistics industry must be regulated according to law when it links with international logistics industry

China's manufacturing industry,retail business and other trades have broader global market after China's entering of WTO,as service trade,can the logistics industry provide them with more internationalized service?which is a important task that China's logistics industry faces.At present,there has not been a complete system of law for logistics,so logistics industry is badly in need of solving the problem that is setting up and perfecting modem logistics law.
