2 nd generation anti-androgens and radiotherapy for localized prostate cancer

Combining radiotherapy and androgen deprivation therapy is the current backbone of localized prostate cancer treatments. Recently, new agents have been used in the settings of metastatic and high risk prostate cancer, and more data is emerging showing promising results when combining these new drugs with radiotherapy.
