Power Flow Calculation for Distribution Network with Distributed Generations and Voltage regulators
2020
As the distributed generations (DGs) and voltage regulators are increasingly connected to the distribution network, the three-phase unbalanced power flow faces convergence problem. In this paper, a three-phase power flow algorithm for distribution network considering voltage regulators and DGs is proposed. Firstly, the relationship between the voltage regulator and system node admittance matrix is derived, and then the three-phase power injection method is used to solve the power flow with DGs. The proposed method has been verified using the IEEE-13 test system. The simulation results show good convergence and robustness, which can be used in the voltage stability analysis and power flow optimization for the distribution network. (Abstract)
