The invention relates to potential cytotoxicity-free rubber piston for a disposable sterile syringe and manufacturing method thereof, belonging to accessories of medical syringes. The potential cytotoxicity-free rubber piston for the disposable sterile syringe is characterized by containing the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber (or polyisoprene rubber), 4-6 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-2 parts of stearic acid, 60-100 parts of light calcium carbonate, 30-50 parts of calcined argil, 1-2 parts of high abrasion-resistant carbon black, 2-4 parts of softening agents, 1-2 parts of anti-aging agents, 0.1 to 1 part of promoters, 0.5-2 parts of vulcanizers and 0.2-1 part of brenstone. The invention provides the potential cytotoxicity-free rubber piston for the disposable sterile syringe and the manufacturing method thereof, the manufactured product accords with the technical conditions of the rubber piston for the YY0243-2003 disposable sterile syringe and has the advantages of no potential cytotoxicity, good sealing property, long service life and convenient use.
