Survey of HPV infection and its subtype distribution and the efficacy of health education of women in Shunde district

Objective To investigate the HPV infection in women and their subtypes in Shunde district community,and analyze the health education intervention effect. Methods One thousand five hundred and Sixty-seven investigator in Shunde distreict under investigatation by gene chip technology for analyzing the situation of HPV infection,and to analyze the distribution of its subtypes by HPV health education interventions. Two hundred patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,patients in intervention group received health education intervention,and patients in control group without intervention,KAP changes after intervention were compared in patients with HPV infection. Results A total of 1567 cases were detected positive in 525 cases( 33. 5%),of which there were 316 cases of high-risk profiling,the infection rate was20. 17%,among the high-risk subtypes,8. 56% of type 16,5. 42% of type 58,5. 63% of type 52; the low-risk subtypes were145 cases,the infection rate was 9. 25%,among which there were 11. 86% of low-risk type 6,3. 55% of type 11. After three months of health education intervention,each dimension KAP scores of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The common HPV infection type of HPV are type 16,58,52,6 and11,health education interventions can effectively improve community KAP HPV infection.
