High dose chemotherapy and autologous blood hematopoietic stem cell autograft treatment for small cell carcinoma of the lung.

歳, 男性. 左S8a原発の肺小細胞癌, T2N2M1のED症例. Cyclophosphamide, Adriamycin, Vincristine, Etoposide, Cisplatinによる化学療法を行いCRを得た. CR到達後3ヵ月目, 患者末梢血からフェレーシスにより造血幹細胞の採取を行い, CR到達後10ヵ月目にlate intensificationを目的として Cisplatin, Etoposide による大量化学療法を行い, その24時間後に末梢血幹細胞の移植を行った. 大量化学療法後の白血球, 血小板の回復は速やかであり, 末梢血幹細胞自家移植は化学療法後骨髄抑制に有用な方法と考えられた.
