Wind vertical axis comprising a rotor driven by the wind as well as a wind generator cooperating with the rotor for supplying electrical energy, characterized in that it is integrated into the construction of a building and in particular implanted at last floor of a residential facility, in urban areas, and it is equipped with a wind pipe base (3) essentially cylindrical, mounted coaxially to the rotor (1; 13, 14) and constituted by two revolution cowls , namely a top cover (4) provided with a center opening (7) and a lower cover (5) closed, connected by a series of deflector fixed vertical plates (6) directed radially identical so as to allow to guide the wind entering the pipe base (3) by the side surface of said base toward the central portion thereof and the central opening (7) of the upper cover (4) by accelerating.
