Opening five axis CNC system based on core controller of DSP

In order to meet the requirements of the numerical control system such as fast resporse,high realiability and good flexisility,the opening five axis CNC system based on core controller of DSP was developed.It consists of upper,lower machines and five-axis NC machine tools,etc.The upper computer is mainly responsible for the sample parameter settings,hardware configuration,graphical real-time display,data retention,report printing,etc.,and communicate with the lower machine through the high-speed interface.The lower machine receives real-time commands from the upper computer,acquires and returns real-time sensor data to the upper computer display,performs the relevant data operation,servo motor closed-loop control,ect.Test results show that the axis machine tool ran smoothly and meet the processing repuirements.
