Experimental Research and Application of Computerized Adaptive Tests to assess Learners' Competencies

Technology application is a leading trend in education. Technology is an essential factor that helps teachers improve the methods and results of a more accurate and effective student assessment. The article presents the results achieved when building and practically testing the computer-based adaptive testing system in Vietnam, including the core algorithm and some analysis of the characteristics of students' results.
