The purpose of this study was to suggest the policy development in future to foster and the elder sports instructor. Some suggestions are; 1. It is necessary that system of legislation required to certificate of qualification sports instructor for elder. 2. It is necessary that arrangement of obligation sports instructor for elders in welfare center, sports center and facilities for the elder. 3. It was required that development and spread exercise program for elder. 4. It is necessary to reeducation and study of curriculum for sports instructor for elder.
