A Markov model for a decameter communication channel
1998
A model is considered for a continuous-time decameter communication channel that reflects in some detail the processes leading to the occurrence of multiplicative and additive interference. The channel model is based on the theory of Markov random processes. Monte Carlo simulation by personal computer confirms that it adequately reflects the features of actual radio channels in the decameter range.
