Un Contesto Internazionale e Nazionale in Movimento

This document (courtesy of the Marches Region and OICS) analyzes development co-operation within the political and economic evolution and tensions of the last years. In particular, wide space is given to the analysis of the policy of vicinity and to the changes in the European Union development co-operation. It is also examined the transitional situation in Italy, between changes and impasse. Finally, the last chapter is about the Italian decentralised co-operation e the inputs to innovate development co-operation practices.
