The color filtering substrate comprises a substrate, a black matrix, a color filtering layer, an inner signal line and an outer signal line. The black matrix is located on the substrate, a plurality of pixel units arranged in array are separated on the substrate through the black matrix, and the black matrix comprises a coil pattern and a latticed pattern in addition to the coil pattern. The color filtering layer is provided with a plurality of filtering patterns, and the filtering patterns are respectively located in the pixel units. The inner signal line and the outer signal line are electrically connected with the inner end and the outer end of the coil pattern respectively.
