Implementation of Voter Registration Policy in Simultaneous Regional Elections in North Sulawesi Province

The purpose of this study is to get a new concept about the implementation of voter registration policy in regional elections in the effort to develop public administration science. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection used in this study is in-depth interview techniques. The results showed that the lack of support for having an electronic Residence Identification Card (e-KTP) was due to the community's socioeconomic status and the availability of technology that did not support this policy. This policy was not well prepared long before the simultaneous regional elections were held. Policy support instruments have not been tested and prepared correctly.
