Background: Previously, we demonstrated that early administration of Wharton’s Jelly Mesenchymal Stem Cell-derived (WJ-MSC) exosomes attenuates pulmonary hypertension (PH) and improves lung structure in experimental bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD).
