Study on the Urban Environment Management System and Operation Mechanism

Urban environment problem is gradually complicated and diversify as urbanization has quickened its step.Environment management is an important task to keep the optimization state for complex system of urban.Based on the conclusion of the past researches,the article analyzes three major dimensions of urban environment management structure.They are specialties management,supervision and inspection,and time schedule.Adapting with the management structure,there are three subsystems in the operation system of urban environment management,which includes specialties management subsystem,supervision and inspection subsystem,and comprehensive coordination subsystem.Furthermore,the article analyzes the operation mechanism of the lateral-vertical framework,in which three subsystems interact with each other.
