Optimization of extraction technology of flavonoids from Apocynun venetum leaves by resporse surface methodology

To study the extract conditions for the ultrasound extraction technology of flavones from Apocynun venetum leaves,in basis of the ethanol density,the liquid so solid ratio,the ultrasound time three single factors test,the optimum conditions for extraction flavones from Apocynun venetum leaves were determined using response surface method.The Box-Behnken design model was used to investigate the effect of three independent variables on flavones output of Apocynun venetum leaves.The results showed that optimum extraction conditions was the liquid solid ratio 1∶27(g∶mL),the ethanol density 58%,the ultrasound time 38min.The test value was 38.05mg/g under the above conditions(theory value was 38.46mg/g),that optimize the use of response surface method of the extraction conditions were reliable.
