The Search for B{sub s}{sup 0} Oscillations at SLD
2000
The SLD experiment at the SLAC Linear Collider has updated three searches for the time dependence of B{sub s}{sup 0} oscillations. One search uses events with a reconstructed D{sub s} meson; a second search uses events with a lepton and a topologically identified charmed meson; and the third uses events in which both a secondary and tertiary vertex are distinguished. The combined analyses are sensitive to values of {Delta}m{sub s}, the oscillation frequency, up to 13.0 ps{sup -1}. A preliminary maximum likelihood analysis excludes {Delta}m{sub s} 15.0 ps{sup -1} at 95% CL, and are not incompatible with a signal near the expected value, {Delta}m{sub s} {approx} 15 ps{sup -1}.
