Dysmorphology report: on the association of microcephaly and preaxial polydactyly. Another example of Howard-Young syndrome.

: We present a 5-year-old boy with developmental delay, severe microcephaly and preaxial polydactyly. These features are very similar to those previously described by Howard and Young (1) in their princeps report.
