DISPOSAL AND METHOD TO OPEN A HOLLOW, MEDICAL DEVICE PACKAGE AND A DISPENSER. The present invention relates to an arrangement for opening a cavity (1, 14), which is sealed by a sealing sheet (2, 16), the cavity (1, 14) housing a medicament (3), the arrangement comprising a separating element (4, 6.4, 13, 5.13) which can be attached to the outer surface (5) of the sealing sheet (2, 16) above said cavity (1, 14) and guiding means ( 6, 12) for driving said separation element (4, 6.4, 13, 5.13) away from said cavity (1, 4), whereby the sealing sheet lid (15) covering said cavity (1, 14) and connected to said separating element (4, 6.4, 13, 5.13) is completely separated from the rest of the sealing sheet (2, 16) is removed, and the cavity (1, 14 ) is open.
