The Comparison Study of National Laboratories in European,American,and Chinese Models and Classification

This study focuses on the National Laboratories based on the original innovation in European and American developed countries' national innovation system,and the State Key Laboratories in Chinese national innovation system.This work also compares the national laboratories based on the original European and American innovation model and the Chinese model to explain the national laboratory's role in the original innovation and the internal mechanism of national laboratory that the classification and function in the contemporary context.This paper finally gives some suggestion.
