Aerospace-oriented Project Management in CALT

China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (CALT) applies work breakdown structure (WBS), baseline comparison, and information system for aerospace-oriented project management and great achievement is obtained. The paper presents the research of aerospaceoriented project management in CALT. A solution is provided including the WBSbased plan development, multiple plan coordination, and dynamic control of aerospace-oriented projects in CALT. The impact of the approach is also analyzed.
