High performance liquid chromatographic determination of paracetamol, caffiene and propyphenazone in tablets

A simple, fast and precise high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of Paracetamol, Caffiene and Propyphenazone in tablets. A μ Porasil (10 micron, 30 cm) columnfrom Waters in isocractic mode, with mobile phase 0.05 M KH 2 PO 4 : Acetonitrile : Tetrahydrofuran (80: 15: 5 v/v) pH adjusted 4.5 ′ 0.1 with 5% o-Phosphoric acid are used.
