Back-Contact Perovskite Solar Cells

2018
The invention discloses a back-contact perovskite solar cell, which structurally comprises 1) a conductive substrate, 2) a uniform electron transport layer, 3) a dielectric layer, 4) a metal layer, 5) a perovskite layer and 6) a protection layer of the perovskite layer from the bottom up, and is characterized in that the perovskite layer is provided with a plurality of ducts which penetrate through the dielectric layer and the metal layer and are contacted with the electron transport layer; the conductive substrates adopts various TCO transparent conducive glass, heavily-doped crystal silicon wafers and metal sheets; the electron transport layer adopts Zno, TiO2 and PCBM, and the thickness is generally in a range of 10nm-10um; the dielectric layer adopts Al2O3, SiO2 and SiNx, and the thickness is in a range of 10nm-2um; the metal layer adopts Au, Pt, Ag and Al, and the thickness is in a range of 10nm-2um; the diameter of the ducts is in a range of 0.5-1.5um; the perovskite layer adopts organic metal halide semiconductor perovskite materials such as MAPbI3 and the like, and the thickness is in a range of 100nm-20um; and the protection layer adopts a hydrophobic anti-oxidation polymer, thereby effectively keeping the performance of the perovskite materials and improving the stability of the cell. A back-contact structure is adopted, thereby being capable of effectively reducing the shading loss of a positive electrode, and improving the conversion efficiency of the cell.
