Tiling, Circle Packing and Exponential Sums over Finite Fields

We study the problem of tiling and packing in vector spaces over finite fields and its connections with zeroes of classical exponential sums. In particular, we study tilings mostly in two and three dimensions and packings in dimension two. A combination of Fourier analytic and algebraic methods is employed.
