Dof transcription factors in carrot: genome-wide analysis and their response to abiotic stress

Objectives The DNA-binding one zinc finger (Dof) family transcription factors (TF) are involved in stress response. Dof TFs in carrot were identified and the responses of DcDof genes to abiotic stresses were analyzed.
