Endoscopic Management of Cricopharyngeal Hypertrophy, an Analysis of 136 Cases

Objectives: Further evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic C02 laser cricopharyngeal (CP) myotomy for treatment of CPhypertrophy and Zenker’s diverticulum. Analyze specific factors predisposing toward success and failure, discuss procedure evolution and details, and examine pre- and post operative subjective and objective data.
