The Outline Structure of Protein Domains Called Kringles

2010
In this paper we show how nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) methods can be used to analyse the structure and mobility of the domains, kringles, of the proteins of the blood clotting system, prothrombin and plasminogen. The methods are quite general to similar domains in many proteins.
