LA INNOVACIÓN EN LA EMPRESA CANARIA. COMPARATIVA RESPECTO AL SECTOR PRIMARIO

Through a sectorial comparative respect to primary sector, we have evaluated the introduction and development of innovation strategies at canary enterprises, the reflection in its organizational design, that allow us to concrete the differences between the efforts dedicated to the innovation in primary sector in relation to the way that guided the rest of sectors. We try to measure, using as tool the application of Rasch model, the canary managers preferences for innovations, besides to check its suitable repercussions in structural dimensions directly connected with this innovations. We found the existence of an interest in personnel training in canary managers at general level, that is not corresponds to those of the primary sector, which neither expressed concern about adapting to new technological advances in the field of information technology, which are valued by Canary managers in general.
