The payment security monitoring method based on the position comprises the following steps: providing a card terminal server, a monitoring platform, a point of sale (POS) terminal and a mobile, wherein the monitoring platform comprises a data processing master server which stores defined position information of the POS terminal in the range of consumption by a user; providing an Ethernet and inserting the card terminal server, the monitoring platform and the POS terminal into the Ethernet; conducting credit card payment through the POS terminal by the user and completing a preliminary certification; extracting the position information of the POS terminal by the data processing master server, and meanwhile getting mobile real-time position information; and conducting a position information authentication of the POS terminal firstly, then conducting an authentication that whether the mobile real-time position information is consistent with the position information of the POS terminal, when the position information authentication of the POS terminal is successful and the mobile real-time position information is consistent with the position information of the POS terminal, a transaction is conducted.
