Female-specific cancer

2021
Abstract Female-specific cancers are perhaps the most prevalent cancers in women worldwide. For most of these cancers, early diagnosis strategies remain inaccessible, ensuring that many are identified at later stages. Current treatment methods for female-specific cancers include surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. In this context, this chapter focuses on female-specific breast cancer, peritoneal cancer, uterine cancer, and vaginal cancer.
