The invention relates to a metering method of the separation power of uranium enrichment. The invention provides an online monitoring method of the separation power of a uranium enrichment plant so that online monitoring of the separation power of the uranium enrichment plant is realized, and measuring equipment is simplified. The method includes following steps: 1, selecting to-be-detected parameters; 2, performing vacuum leak detection on the measuring equipment; 3, connecting the measuring equipment to a process pipe; 4, performing background measurement and calibration on the measuring equipment; 5, obtaining measuring values of the to-be-detected parameters in real time, and calculating values of unknown parameters through a conservation equation; 6, calculating a value of a separating potential function; and 7, calculating and obtaining the separation power through a separating power calculating formula to realize online monitoring. According to the monitoring method, the required equipment is obviously simplified, the cost is substantially reduced, real-time monitoring of the production process condition and real-time balance of nuclear materials of the uranium enrichment plant can be realized, and effective monitoring data can be provided for monitoring the condition that whether the uranium enrichment plant has default uranium enrichment production activities.
