The invention provides a super seal magnetic energy coupling capable of interlayer transmission. The coupling is characterized in that an internal and external center positioning shaft is in seal connection with a non magnet-conductive interlayer; a strong magnet A and a strong magnet B are arranged on an inner magnetic seat and an outer magnetic seat respectively; bearings are arranged in the centers of the inner magnetic seat and the outer magnetic seat respectively; bearing inner rings of the inner magnetic seat and the outer magnetic seat are arranged on the inner end and the outer end of the internal and external central positioning shaft respectively; the inner magnetic seat and the outer magnetic seat maintain certain clearance with the non magnetic conductive interlayer through an isolation pad which is arranged on the internal and external central positioning shaft, so that the inner magnetic seat and the outer magnetic seat can rotate flexibly; the other end of the outer magnetic seat can be connected with a transmission shaft; the inner magnetic seat is consubstantially connected with an impeller; and a frame or a cabinet is in seal connection with the non magnetic conductive interlayer, the inner magnetic seat rotates only along with rotation of the outer magnetic seat, and the rotation of the inner magnetic seat simultaneously drives the rotation of the impeller. When the rotation device is arranged inside a sealing and pressure vessel and special equipment, current various couplings cannot transfer rotating moment under a super seal environment, and the magnetic energy coupling can transfer the rotating moment under super sealing.
