Elementary Discussion on Sea Water Intrusion

Water shortage resulted in seawater intrusion of coastal area, especially on the coast cities. The paper reviewed the history of seawater intrusion models, and analyzed status on the seawater intrusion in Chinese coastal cities; concluded the characteristics, reasons and rules of the seawater intrusion. According to the present situation about seawater intrusion in China, it proposed major issues related to seawater intrusion for further study.
