Sealant film and laminate film

In order to suppress interlayer movement of an antifogging agent, to enable persistent favorable antifog properties, to enable suppressing the elution of an adhesive component onto a seal layer surface even if the seal layer is bonded onto the substrate with an adhesive therebetween, and to retain seal properties, this sealant film, used bonded to a substrate, comprises a seal layer (A) which contains a polyolefin resin (a1) and an antifog additive, and a resin layer (B) which, disposed on one surface of said seal layer, contains 50 mass% or more of a cyclic polyolefin resin (b1).
