Performance evaluation of multiquadric interpolation technique for ECG signal compression

This paper proposed to use multiquadric interpolation method to compress ECG signal. Performance of this method was evaluated in comparison with Gaussian Junction method. The results show that our method is simpler and gives better performance for reconstruction and compression ratio.
