A case of endometrial mucinous adenocarcinoma

The case of a 48-year-old woman with endometiral mucinous adenocarcinoma is reported. Endometrial cytology findings papillary and palisade shaped tumor cell clusters resembling those of endcervical adenocarcinoma. The tumor cells contained abundant intracellular and extracellular mucin. The endometrialmucinous adenocarcinoma cells were distinguished from endocervical adenocarcinoma cells both pathologically and histochemically.
